Ingredients You'll Need
4 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups butter
1 1/2 cups brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup sugar
2 3/4 ounce packages of instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
4 cups semisweet chocolate chips
2 cups nuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Sift together the flour and baking soda, set aside. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, white sugar. Stir in instant pudding mix until well blended then stir in the eggs and vanilla. Add the dry ingredeints and mix well. Finally stir in the chocolate chips and nuts.
Drop cookies by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Edges should be golden brown.
Makes about 6 dozen large cookies.
