Marinated Beef Cubes
Why I Love This Recipe
Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
2 tsps. Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
(I put mine in a ziplock bag)
Add meat to the marinade and stir to coat.
Refrigerate overnight.
Stir occasionally.
I also put some in a smaller bag
and put mushrooms in it.
