Ingredients You'll Need
1 head cauliflower, broken into pieces
3 bunches broccoli (use only flowers)
1 carton cherry tomatoes, cut in half
2 rolls of pepperoni
1 bottle of prepared Italian Dressing,
1 pound of cubed cheddar cheese
1 small box of fresh sliced mushrooms
Directions
Put cauliflower, broccoli, tomatoes and pepperoni in bowl.
Marinate with Italian dressing overnight
Add cheese and mushroom just before serving
