Mary's Scalloped Carrots - Reinvented

"Grandma's recipe simply said cut carrots in circles, add milk and crackers!"

Mary has given us an updated recipe that would be a nice accompaniment to any special meal
Ingredients You'll Need
1 pound of carrots cut into coins
1 can cream of celery soup (if gluten free use gluten free cream of chicken soup)
Crushed croutons or gluten free panko mixed with melted butter
Directions
Cook carrots in small amount of water for 20 minutes
Drain and place in baking dish
Heat soup slightly and pour over carrots
Sprinkle with crumbs and butter mixture
Bake at 325 for 30 minutes
