Maryland Eastern Shore Crab Cakes
Why I Love This Recipe
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except for crab meat.
Gently fold in the crab meat, being careful not to break up the lumps.
Shape into cakes.
Pan fry or bake at 375°F for 12-15 minutes or until evenly brown on each side and reaches an internal temperature of 165°.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 lb. Crab Meat (Backfin or Lump)
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. ground mustard (dry)
2 Tbsp. Hellmann’s mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 tsp. Yellow mustard
3 tsp. melted butter
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. Ritz crackers, finely crushed
