Why I Love This Recipe

My favorite post workout smoothie that feels like a sweet treat. this can be modified based on your preferred fruits. Sometimes I leave out the berries and add chocolate for a tasty pb banana treat!

Ingredients You'll Need

1 banana
1 cup of frozen mixed berries
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder OR 1 single serve vanilla premier protein
1-2 Tbs of PB2 or PB Fit powdered Peanut butter (I Love PB so I use 2)
1/2 cup of ice


the directions are easy!
add everything to the blender and blend until your desired smoothness. If the smoothie is too thick, feel free to add a splash of milk of your choosing.
