4 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup powdered sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup nuts, chopped
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup coconut

Middle Layer
1/4 cup butter or margarine
3 tablespoons cream
2 tablespoons instant vanilla pudding, dry
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
Green Food coloring

Top Layer:
1 4 oz chocolate (semi sweet or milk chocolate)
1 Tbls. butter

Directions

Bottom Layer:

In a sauce pan combine the butter, sugar, cocoa, egg, and vanilla.

Cook over medium heat stirring constantly, until smooth and slightly thickened.

Stir in the remaining crust ingredients and press into into 9 by 13 inch baking dish.

Let cool and set up.

Middle Layer:

Cook for 1 minute the margarine, cream and pudding.

Add peppermint extract & green food coloring, and 2 cups powdered sugar.

Whip up until smooth and spread on first layer.

Top Layer:

Melt chocolate and butter, mixing well.

Spread on top of second layer.

Cut into small bars.

Small bars are quite sufficient, due to richness of bars
