Ingredients You'll Need
1 Pound ground turkey
1/2 Cup skim milk
1 Egg
3/4 Cup oats
3 Tablespoons chopped onion
1/2 Cup grated cheddar
1 cup tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Spoon mixture into greased muffin cups. Bake for 1 hour, or until temperature in center of meat loaf is 160 degrees. Cool slightly before removing from muffin cups.
