Meatball Casserole

Why I Love This Recipe
Ingredients You'll Need
1/3 c. onion
1 egg
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
3 T. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. hamburger
8 oz. spaghetti, cooked
1 c. mozzarella cheese
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. Romano cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 T. oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1 jar of your favorite pasta sauce
*To save time, you can omit the first five ingredients and use your favorite frozen meatballs.
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients. Form into 1 inch balls. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Set aside. Combine cooked spaghetti mozzarella, 1/3 c. parmesan, romano, 2 eggs, oil and spices. Press into greased 9 x 9 pan. Top with cooked meatballs. Pour jar of pasta sauce over meatballs. Top with extra mozzarella. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
