Why I Love This Recipe

Ingredients You'll Need

1 lb ground beef
1/4 t salt
1 egg
1 T Italian seasoning
2 T Parmesan cheese
2 t hot sauce
3 T rolled oats

Directions

Heat oven to 425-degrees. Mix all ingredients well and form into small 1 in. balls. Place in 9x9 glass baking dish that has been lightly coated on the bottom with olive oil. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from pan while still hot and place in cooked/heated pasta sauce for a few minutes so the meatballs absorb some tomato flavor. Spoon over cooked pasta of choice.

I love meatballs and have made them 100 times adding something different each time, this is my favorite. Also, my boyfriend ruins everything I make with hot sauce so I've started adding it to the recipes and it works really well as a pre-cooking seasoning. If you don't like hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce is a nice substitute.
