Meatloaf with Brown Sugar Glaze

Covered with a sweet brown sugar glaze this meatloaf full of flavor, it’s the best meatloaf you will ever have. Grab a fork & dig in, it won't hurt your hardware.


Ingredients You'll Need

Meatloaf:
2 Lbs. Ground Beef
1 Medium Onion (Finely Chopped)
2 Large Eggs
2 Cloves of Garlic
3 Tbsp. Ketchup
2 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley (Finely Chopped)
3/4 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
1/3 Cup Milk
1 1/2 Tsp. Italian Seasoning
1/4 Tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp. Ground Paprika

Glaze:
3/4 cup of Ketchup
1 1/2 Tsp White Vinegar
2 1/2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp. Onion Powder
1/4 Tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1/4 Salt


Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a 9x5 loaf pan with parchment paper.


In a large bowl. add all ingredients for meatloaf. Mix well to combine.


Add meat mixture to the loaf pan and gently press meat down and shape evenly.


Bake the meatloaf at 375 degrees for 40 min.


In a small bowl, mix all ingredients for the glaze. spread the glaze evenly over the meatloaf and return loaf pan to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 min.


Rest the meatloaf for 10 minutes before slicing. Drizzle with baking juices from the pan upon serving.


Pairs Well With

Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans or Salad
