Ingredients You'll Need
eggs
1 can 6 oz. tomatoe paste
1/2cup crushed saltine soda crackers
1/2 finely chopped white onion
1/2 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
3tsp pepper
2 tsp seasoned salt laurys
1/2lb fresh pork sausage
2 lb quality hamburger.
(for crunchiness add 1 cup finely chopped celery)
Directions
preheat oven 350 degrees.
combine all ingredients and place in loaf pan
cook 35 min.
take out of oven and top with heinz catsup and cook 10 min.
Test middle of loaf to see if cooked-if not cook 5 min longer.
slice and serve with potatoes, corn and salad.
