Why I Love This Recipe
Ingredients You'll Need
2 lbs. of Lean Ground Beef
1 tsp. Olive Oil
1 Red Onion, chopped
1 tsp. garlic, minced
3 tomatoes, chopped
1 whole egg, beaten
3/4 cups. Whole Wheat breadcrumbs (100g)
20 grams of Low-fat Parmesan
50 ml of Skim Milk
Salt and Pepper
Add the olive oil to a pan and heat.
Add the onions and cook until translucent.
Get a medium bowl and mix all the other ingredients together.
Put the meat mixture in a loaf pan and cook at 350 for 35-40 mins.
Make sure the middle is done (we don't want to eat raw meat).
