Ingredients You'll Need
1 small bag of coleslaw (1 lb or 6 cups)
Healthy Coleslaw Dressing:
¾ cup whole plain yogurt or Greek yogurt (Just make sure to buy 3.5+%)
2 tsp vinegar
2 tsp lime or lemon juice
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
¾ tsp salt
Ground black pepper, to taste
In a small bowl, whisk Healthy Coleslaw Dressing ingredients.
In a large bowl, add coleslaw and pour dressing over; gently toss.
Let salad sit for 5 minutes to allow flavors to mingle, and toss again.
