Melt-In-Your-Mouth Meatloaf

Why I Love This Recipe
This is a very good and filling meatloaf recipe that I found on Allrecipes; it was submitted by Suzanne Codner. It's also made in the slow cooker and has a very tangy sauce that goes with it! Also excellent served with green beans and mashed potatoes.
Ingredients You'll Need
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
2/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 tsp. dried minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. rubbed sage
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
For the sauce:
1/4 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. ground mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients; crumble beef over mixture and mix well.
Shape into a large loaf; place in a 5-quart slowcooker; cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours (I cooked it for 6) or until a meat thermometer reads 160 F.
For the sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce; spoon over meatloaf.
Cook 15 minutes longeror until heated through; let stand for 10 to 15 minutes before cutting.
