Ingredients You'll Need
1 large can Whole tomatoes (drained and mashed)
1 can Rotel canned tomatoes with chilies and jalapenos
1 bunch Green onions (chopped)
1/3 bunch Cilantro (chopped)
1 bottle Wishbone Italian Dressing (can us low calorie)
1 can Herdez canned salsa
2 large Ripe tomatoes (cut up – Romano preferred)
1 lb. Cooked shirmp (tail off)
1 Lemon juiced
3 large Avocados (firm, cut up into small pieces)****put in last, just before serving
Garlic salt and pepper to taste.
Best served with large Scoop Bag of Fritos.
Directions
Combine all ingredients with the exception of the avocados - only add just prior to serving.
This make a very large portion for a large party. The dish can be made a day or two advance and will last 4-5 days more in the fridge!
