4 chicken breasts, cooked & shredded
3 cans of chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can nacho cheese soup
1 small can (5-oz.) evaporated milk
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 lb Mexican Velveeta cheese
1 pk shredded Mexican chese
1 tsp cumin
2 tsp finely chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
Directions
Mix broth with the soups, milk, tomatoes, cheeses, cumin, cilantro and garlic powder; simmer. Add chicken and simmer for 5 minutes til chicken is heated. Serves 10.
