Why I Love This Recipe

I created this recipe when I bought a Nuwave oven. Living alone and wanting to have a few cookies now and then, this is what I have come up with! You can make the dough and keep it in the frig untill you need it. I hope you like it as much as I do :)

Ingredients You'll Need

1 cup real butter
3/4 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 small (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups chunked up pieces of Nestle-Abuelita Mexican Chocolate from 19 oz.

Directions

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees

2.In a mixing bowl, mix together butter and sugars.

3.Add pudding mix, eggs and vanilla.

4.Combine flour and baking soda; add to creamed mixture and mix well.

5. Fold in chocolate chunks.

6.Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or set and until lightly browned.
