Why I Love This Recipe

Freezes well. Can be served with a meal, but it makes a healthy snack, and kids like it because of the cheese.

Ingredients You'll Need

2 10-oz. pckgs. chopped spinach
4 T. margarine
3 eggs
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
12 oz. grated cheddar
1 t. dried chopped onions

Directions

Thaw and drain spinach in a colander, pressing out liquid well. Melt margarine in a 9x13 pan in a 350 degree oven. Beat eggs. Add flour, milk, sale, and baking powder. Mix well. Add cheese, spinach, and onion. Mix well. Spoon mixture into pan. Bake @ 350 degrees for 30-35 mins. When cooked and cooled, cut into squares.
