Microwave Carmel Popcorn
Why I Love This Recipe
I do make this year 'round. But we always have a big bowl of this out at Christmas with all the other goodies..............
Ingredients You'll Need
Boil for 2 minutes:
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 c. corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
add 1/2 tsp baking soda & stir
Directions
Pour above mixture over 3 qts. poppled popcorn. May add peanuts if you like.
Put in brown paper bag. Microwave 1 1/4 minute. Shake bag to stir. Microwave for another 1 1/4 minutes. Shake bag to stir. Microwave 1 minute. Shake bag to stir. Pour out onto wax paper to cool.
