Microwave Chocolate Pudding

Why I Love This Recipe
OOMMGG!! This is a delicious pudding, very quick & easy to make. I found the recipe online and just had to try it. I used Splenda instead of regular sugar (16 packets to equal 2/3 cups.). Next time, I will microwave for only 1 minute on the last heating (instead of 2 minutes). Before chilling, cover top of pudding with plastic wrap to avoid getting a skin.
I couldn't wait to chill it in the fridge, I ate it warm...well...not really..I actually burned my tongue!!
Ingredients You'll Need
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup Hershey's cocoa
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/4 cups milk
2 Tbsp. butter
Directions
Combine sugar, cocoa, cornstarch, and salt in a medium-sized glass mixing bowl. Mix these ingredients well. Gradually stir in milk and mix thoroughly making sure all dry ingredients are mixed with the milk.
Microwave on HIGH for 2 and 1/2 minutes, then stir mixture. Microwave again on HIGH for 2 and 1/2 minutes and stir a second time. Pudding will be beginning to thicken. Microwave on HIGH for an additional 1-2 minutes until mixture is cooked and thickened.
After it's cooled, cover with plastic and place in the fridge to chill.
