2 large eggs
2 tbsp milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp butter
Directions
Crack the eggs into a microwave-safe bowl. Add milk, salt, and pepper, and whisk with a fork until well combined.
Place in the microwave and cook for 30 seconds. Remove, stir with a fork, and cook again for another 30 seconds.
Stir again, then cook in 15-second increments, stirring in between, until the eggs are set (about 1-1.5 minutes total).
Add a small knob of butter, stir, and serve.
