Why I Love This Recipe

My grandfather was the breakfast maker as I was growing up and this was one of his recipes.

*NOTE: Not just for breakfast you can eat them for any meal or snack :)

Ingredients You'll Need

Bisquick Pancake mix

Filling options:
Butter and any flavor jelly or jam
Cream cheese mixed w/ powdered sugar and fresh fruit
Cream cheese mixed w/ powdered sugar and Activia greek yogurt any flavor
Sausage links and maple syrup
Butter and maple syrup
Butter and raw honey
Activia greek yogurt any flavor
Peanut butter and jelly
Butter and cinnamon sugar
Peanut butter and banana
Sausage links and scrambled, hard fried or hard boiled eggs
Sour cream and potato, brussel sprout, carrot and onion mash
Pie filling
Candied turnips, candied squash or candied sweet potatoes
Your favorite flavored oatmeal (exp. cinnamon apple)
Whatever you can imagine that goes w/ pancakes

Make pancake batter that's on the box

Thin batter w/ milk until it makes pancakes thin enough to roll

In large skillet melt butter

Take pan off the stove but still holdin it w/ other hand pour in enough batter to coat bottom of pan

Return to stove and cook till lightly brown on one side

Then carefully flip and brown on other side (This takes practice I've made more scrambled pancakes then I care to admit LOL)

Place cooked pancake/ crepe on large plate

Add filling and roll up pancake/ crepe
