Milky Way Cake

Why I Love This Recipe
I sure wish I could take the credit for this cake but actually it was given to me by a good friend of mine. It's easy and delicious and everyone that tries it loves it!
Ingredients You'll Need
4 (2.1 oz.) Milky Way candy bars
2 sticks butter
2 c. Sugar
4 Eggs
1 c. Buttermilk
2 1/2 c. Flour, sifted
1/4 tsp. Baking soda
2 tsp. Vanilla extract
1 c. Pecans, coarsely chopped
Directions
Melt the Milky Way candy bars and 1 stick of the butter in a double boiler; let cool. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cream remaining stick of butter with the sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add buttermilk alternately with flour and baking soda. Add vanilla extract and Milky Way mixture and mix until smooth. Fold in pecans. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake for 1 hour, or until cake tester comes out clean. Cool for 15 minutes in the pan then turn out on a wire cake rack to cool completely.
