Mini Doughnuts

This way of baking the doughnuts in the oven is easier than deep frying doughnuts
Ingredients You'll Need
2 tbsp butter
1/8 cup vegetables oil
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp+2 tsp brown sugar
1 egg
3/4 cup baking powder
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/3 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup milk
Directions
1. preheat over to 425 + grease doughnut pan with cooking spray
2. mixing bowl, beat butter, egg, oil, and sugars until smooth
3. add egg, beating to combine
4. stir in baking powder, and baking soda, net meg, salt and vanilla
5. stir flour in mixture alternating with milk (start and end with flour) making sure everything is combined (thick batter)
6. spoon batter in pan, filling 1/4 inch shy of rim
7. Bake for 10 minutes; remove + wait 5 minutes before turning them out of pan
