Package of filo dough mini cups
Jar of lemon curd
Fat Free Cool Whip
Seedless raspberry jam
Bake 3-5 min according to package directions.
Fill each cup with 1/2 teaspoon raspberry jam.
Blend 7 T. Cool Whip and 7 T. lemon curd.
Fill each cup with a tablespoon of lemon topping and top with a raspberry.
