English muffins
Pizza sauce
Shredded mozzarella
Pepperoni (optional)
Veggies (optional)
Directions
Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
Open English muffins and place them on the baking sheet.
Spread pizza sauce over the cut English muffins.
Cover with mozzarella cheese.
Add desired toppings (may freeze here to save for a later date).
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake for about 15 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
