Ingredients You'll Need

3/4 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 cups sugar
a dozen sprigs of mint, chopped
2 cups chilled water
2 1/2 cups ginger ale
5 cups ice, crushed


Directions

In a large pitcher, add water, lemon juice, sugar, mint, and ginger ale. Mix well. Refrigerate 24 hours for the mint to seep through. Pour in glasses of crushed ice. Enjoy!
