Why I Love This Recipe

I went through my grandmother's recipe box this weekend and found this recipe. I remember having this as a child and not since so I though I would make it.

Ingredients You'll Need

4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup Cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup melted butter
1 ½ cups flour
2 teaspoons powder
1 cup nuts (I used pecans)
1 jar marshmallow cream
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup cocoa
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup nuts (I used pecans)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine eggs and sugar and beat until creamy.

Add melted butter, flour, cocoa, vanilla and nuts. Mix well.

Pour into a greased pan and bake for 25 - 30 minutes.

As soon as cake is removed from oven cover with marshmallow cream.

Melt butter and removed from heat.

Add milk, cocoa, sugar and vanilla. Mix well.

Add nuts and mix well.

Pour over top of marshmallow cream
