Why I Love This Recipe

now i am a sucker for pumpkin....but the idea of bread just wasn't appealing to me, so i decided to mix it up a little and make some cookies with goodies

Ingredients You'll Need

1 box pumpkin quick bread or muffin bake mix
2 eggs
2/3 cup melted butter
1 spash vanilla
2 sprinkles cinnamon
2 tbl sugar
2 heaping tbl sour cream
8 dried mango flavored pineapple (I use Deerfield from Walgreens)
1 sm handful dried banana chips (break them into small pieces)
chocolate chips (I use chocolate caramel swirls chips)
nuts (I use salted soynuts)

Directions

preheat oven to 350F.

Mix eggs, butter, vanilla, cinnamon, sour cream, pineapple, banana and sugar.

Pour into pumpkin mix (you will think you don't have enough it gets sooooo dry)

Fold in desired amount of chocolate chips and nuts

Scoop onto cookie sheet and bake 8-13 mins depending on size.

(you can always do the trusty toothpick test)
