Mochiko squares

Why I Love This Recipe
My Auntie Janet makes this dessert, and it is really hard to describe -done right it is light but chewy and can be dangerously addictive!
p.s. you really need to have at the very least a hand mixer for this - don't even attempt to do it by hand unless you can beat like the wind :)
Ingredients You'll Need
1/4 c butter
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 t vanilla
1 t baking powder
1 box mochiko
3 eggs, beaten
2 egg whites
3 cups milk
Directions
Beat together all of the above ingredients and pour into 9x12 baking dish.
Bake at 325 degrees for 75 minutes
Let cool completely, cut into squares
