Ingredients You'll Need
4 Hamburger buns
1-15 Ounce can refried beans
1 1/2 Cups Monterey Jack or Mexican blend shredded cheese
1 Cup diced tomato
1/2 cup diced onion
2 jalapenos, seeded and diced fine
1 Teaspoon chili powder
Directions
In a mixing bowl, stir the refried beans, and then spread onto the bottom slice of the roll. Top with a few jalapeno slices and shredded cheese and broil for 4 minutes or until cheese is melted and begins to turn golden brown. Sprinkle with salsa and top with the other slice of bread and add salt and pepper to taste.
