3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup frozen peas
4 Tbs. butter
4 Tbs. Flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cup milk
black pepper
Directions
Stew the chicken in chicken broth until done. In a seperate pot melt the butter and then whisk in the milk and flour. Once completely mixed, add salt, lots of pepper, and frozen peas. (Add more flour for a thicker sauce and more milk to thin).
When the chicken is cooked, shred it and add it to the sauce.
Serve over warm biscuits.
