Directions
Grease square glass pan with butter; dust with graham cracker crumbs. Sprinkle with a few chopped nuts; press down. Beat cream cheese, eggs, 2/3 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla until smooth, thick and lemon color. Pour in pan. Bake at 350ºF for 25 minutes. Cool at least 20 minutes. Combine sour cream, 3 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla; spread over warm cheesecake. Bake at 350ºF for 10 minutes. Cool. Chill overnight.
