Mom's Chinese Chicken Salad

Why I Love This Recipe
My mom use to make this easy, quick and light sald for us all summer. Its healthy and delicious!!!
Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 head cabbage shredded
2 large carrots shredded
1lb diced chicken
Dressing:
1/4 c lite soy sauce
1/4C rice wine vinegar
3T seasame oil
1 Package Ramen noodles crushed
1/4 C slivered and toasted almonds
2T toasted seasame seeds
Directions
Dice salad together with dressing and top with noodles, almonds and sesame seeds.
