Why I Love This Recipe

First time I had these, I was taken away to a far off place. It was magical. Unicorns were sliding down rainbows into cotton candy pillows. They really are that good.

Ingredients You'll Need

1/2 c. (one stick) butter
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. light brown sugar
2 Tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
Chocolate chips or chocolate candy coating
popsicle sticks

Directions

In large bowl, beat butter and sugars with mixer until light and fluffy (about three minutes.) Mix in milk and vanilla. Add flour and salt and mix on low until combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Chill dough in fridge for 30 minutes. Roll dough into 1" balls. Place balls in freezer for at least 15 minutes. Melt candy coating or chocolate chips (add a little shortening if using choc. chips.) Insert the sticks to the balls, then dip into the chocolate. Place on wax papered covered cookie sheet and let it set up. Store in refrigerator.
