Mom's Festive Olive Dip

Why I Love This Recipe
the recipe is a wonderful, savory dip (perfect for this time of year when we're bombarded with sweets) - super easy, INCREDIBLY delish - it's a wonderful, colorful dish for parties, pot lucks, family dinners/gatherings, etc.
My mom first tried this at a dinner for her work - asked around for the recipe - and started making it for family functions - it became a ROCKSTAR on our family party menus (practically overnight)
