Mom's Pecan Tarts

Why I Love This Recipe
We would make these every Christmas and leave them out for Santa. They are delicious!
Ingredients You'll Need
12 Pastry Shells
1 Egg slightly beaten
3/4 C Brown Sugar
1 Tbs Melted Butter
1/3 Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp Vanilla
1/2 C Finely chopped pecans
Directions
Heat oven to 325
Cream together the egg, brown sugar, butter, salt and vanilla until well mixed
By hand, fold in the chopped pecans
Mix well by hand
Pour mixture almost to the top of the pastry shell (don't overfill)
Bake for 20-25 minutes
Remove with a toothpick and cool completely
