Why I Love This Recipe
This was one of my mother's favorite recipes. After she passed away I enjoy making it because it's like she's in the kitchen with me again. It has been a family and church family favorite for many years.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 package of yellow seasoned rice, cooked as directed on package
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mexicorn, drained
1/2 to 1 cup of grated cheese
Directions
After cooking rice as directed, add the remaining ingredients.
Stir all ingredients really well.
Put into 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
Serve warm.
