Monster Cookies
Why I Love This Recipe
This makes a “Monster" sized batch.
Ingredients You'll Need
½ lb. Butter
1 lb brown sugar
2 cups white sugar
6 eggs
1 tbsp Karo syrup
28 oz peanut butter (chunky or smooth)
1 tbsp vanilla
4 tsp baking soda
9 cups oatmeal
12 oz chocolate chips
12 oz M&Ms
Directions
Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and mix well. Add peanut butter, Karo syrup and vanilla.
Mix dry ingredients and combine with cream mixture.
Add chocolate chips and M&Ms.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
