Ingredients You'll Need
Chicken Breasts
1 bunch Green Onions
1 Favorite BBQ Sauce
1 pkg Bacon Of Choice
4 cup Monterey Jack Cheese/Colby Cheese Blend, Shredded
Tomatoes
Salt & Pepper
Olive Oil
Directions
Oven Temperature: 350°F
Preheat oven to 350 degrees; Start by seasoning chicken with salt & pepper; heat up pan, coat with olive oil, and fry chicken until golden brown
While chicken is cooking, dice tomato and green onion; cook bacon until crisp
Once chicken is done, place in 13x9 pan, cover each piece with BBQ sauce, place crispy bacon on top of BBQ sauce, spread cubed tomato and green onion evenly over each piece, and spread shredded cheese over everything
Place in oven until cheese is melted
