Why I Love This Recipe

Miri's Chicken Salad Recipe is a must-have for an easy lunch, picnic, potluck, or all of your summer gatherings. Made with a beautifully seasoned creamy sauce, juicy shredded chicken, zesty lemon juice, and healthy veggies, it’s bound to be a family favorite. (*** be sure to use a nice soft bread, if toasted only lightly to prevent bracket breakage).

Ingredients You'll Need

4 Cups of Shredded Chicken ( Rotisserie from the Deli for ease)
1 Small Carrot (finely chopped)
1 Stalk of Celery (finely chopped)
1 Small Onion (finely chopped)
2 Tbsp. of Parsley
4 Scallions ( chopped)
1 1/2 Tsp. Tarragon or Dill
1 Tsp. Dijon Mustard
2 Tsp. Lemon Juice
1 Cup of Mayonnaise (Dukes)
Salt and Pepper (to taste)


Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Serve on your favorite soft bread or as lettuce wraps.

Pairs Well With

A Warm Bowl of Soup, Slivered Almonds and Veggie Sticks
