Mugga's Wonderful Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

Why I Love This Recipe
This recipe is from my cousin Mary Margaret, (Mugga). It feeds a lot, so if you want a smaller portion just cut the recipe in half.
Ingredients You'll Need
3 whole chicken breasts
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 box Stove top stuffing mix
salt and pepper
Directions
Boil chicken, cool and shred
In a large bowl, mix, soup, sour cream, salt and pepper
Add chicken and mix well
Spray a 9x 13 pan with cooking spray
Place chicken mixture in pan
Add a little water to the stuffing mix and spread over the chicken
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes till bubbling and brown on top
