Ingredients You'll Need
DOUGH
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 stick butter
1 8 oz package of cream cheese
FILLING
1/2 pound chopped mushrooms
1/4 cup sour cream
1 large onion, diced
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons butter
garlic salt
Directions
Combine ingredients for dough and refrigerate one hour. Roll and cut in circles the size of a tuna can. For filling, melt butter and add mushrooms and onions. Simmer then sprinkle with flour. Add rest of ingredients. Fill circles of dough with filling and fold dough over. Crimp with fork to seal. Brush with egg wash. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
