Mustard-Mayo-Vinegar Dressing

Why I Love This Recipe
An easy dressing that my grandma used to make all the time and that goes well with many salads!

Ingredients You'll Need
¼ cup mayonnaise or veganaise (vegan mayo)
¼ cup neutral tasting oil (ex: sunflower oil)
4 tablespoons red wine vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
½ tablespoon dijon mustard
Sea salt and ground pepper to taste
A pinch of paprika (optional - to give it colour)
Directions
In a mason jar, add mayonnaise, oil, red wine vinegar and dijon mustard. Put on lid and shake well.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Add paprika.
Drizzle over your prepared salad.
