Mustard-marinated Shrimp

Ingredients You'll Need

2 1/2 pounds boiled shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 Tbsp tarragon vinegar
2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp dry mustard
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 teaspoon dried red chile flakes
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 cup chopped green onions
2 Tbsp capers, drained
2 Tbsp chopped cilantro


1. Put shrimp in a large bowl

2. In a blender, combine tarragon vinegar, white wine vinegar, vegetable oil, olive oil, mustard, garlic, chile flakes and black pepper. Pour over shrimp and stir to combine. Add green onions, capers and cilantro. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
