When I am trying to eat healthy...this is a go to. It is filling and so good, and quick to make...even my husband like this. Serve by its self or add a steak, chop, or chicken for a nice dinner.
Ingredients You'll Need
Cheese (your favorite cheese)
Heat 1 - 2 Teaspoon Butter in a pan. Add The Mushrooms and cook on high for 2 - 3 minutes, till they turn slightly golden brown. add the Broccoli and Tomatoes .Cook for 1 - 2 minutes and then add the Zucchini. Mix all the vegetables and add Pizza seasoning, Salt and pepper. Add cheese and cook until the cheese starts to melt. Serve and enjoy.
