"Blueberry Smoothie with Strawberries"

Smoothies have been around for centuries, with evidence of people blending fruits and other ingredients as far back as the 17th century.

Ingredients You'll Need

½ cup frozen or fresh blueberries
½ cup frozen or fresh mangoes
1 scope of protein powder
1 celery stalk, chopped in small pieces
2” cucumber, chopped
½ cup water or coconut water
¾ cup milk of your choice
1 teaspoon flax seeds
1 teaspoon nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon maple syrup


Add all the ingredients to a blender.

Blend until smooth.

Pour into glasses and enjoy.
