My Mother's Chocolate Cake

Why I Love This Recipe
A recipe my mother, Mary Lou Frayer-Fauble, used for years
Ingredients You'll Need
FILLING
2 tablespoons butter
8 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
CAKE
1 package chocolage cake mix
3 eggs
1/3 cup oil
1 cup water
Directions
In Small bowl, blend all filling, beat till smooth and creamy. Set aside. In large bowl, blend cake mix, eggs, oil and water until mixed good. Pour half of batter into well greased cake pan then pour cream cheese mixture over batter spreading to cover, Pour remaining batter over all. Bake 350 for 40-50 minutes.
