Ingredients You'll Need
RICE
Jasmine rice cooked 150 gm
Garlic chopped 10 gm
Onion chopped 10gm
Egg whole 2 no’s
Sambal sauce 15 gm
Sweet soy sauce 10ml
PICKLE
Cucumber Sliced 20gm
Carrots sliced 20gm
Green chili 10gm
Salt 5gm
Sugar 5gm
Vinegar 10ml
SATAY
Chicken Thigh 30ml
Turmeric powder 2gm
Salt 5gm
Pepper 2gm
Galangal 5gm
Lemon grass 5gm
Lime leaves 2gm
Oil corn 5gm
Directions
Fried rice
In wok medium high head add oil
Add eggs onion garlic
Add cooked rice and toss them until it gets smoky
Add sambal and sweet chilli sauce and add seasoning.
Make one sunny side up for topping.
Pickle
add all ingredients and rest for 24 hours
Satay
Mix all ingredients except chicken and blend till it gets smooth paste
Marinate the chicken with paste
Cook it in grill.
Assemble
place rice on the plate top with 1 sunny side up egg
keep the pickle and say on the side.
